Staying on the ground floor next to the main entrance, I found it a bit noisy late at night with kitchen sounds early in the morning despite being advertised with air conditioning. The room was pricier but booked through Booking, which was convenient.

The service was fantastic during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and even held onto our luggage on the day of checkout, which was very convenient. They were particularly helpful, especially at the reception desk, although there was a minor issue with the air conditioner being turned off during the night. Furthermore, they kindly offered to store our luggage even after we had checked out, a gesture that was much appreciated.

Despite that, being located right by the train station made it great for easy access if planning to use the central station. I just stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The location is superb, right across the Termini Train station, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet, perfect for travelers. The service was really nice, and the staff, especially Giulio, were very helpful and friendly. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.
